Welcome to Phil's Thursday review!!
The dcrelief song competition post can be found here > Battle of the Bands. If you are interested, or like music, she's got two Halloween songs. Listen to both and vote for the one you like.
Is your Halloween spooky or cutesy? Let's do pumpkins:
Let's do ghosts - spooky, cutesy, or maybe raunchy?
Do you have a favorite candy that only comes out at Halloween?
I like cutesy AND spooky -- but not TOO spooky. Nix to gore and terror.
ReplyDeleteGore and terror aren't for me either!
DeleteAlways liked the photo of the Golden ghosts.
ReplyDeleteIt used to be scary, but we don't really celebrate it anymore.
'Golden Ghosts'? I missed that somewhere.
DeletePoor dogs getting used lol at the arse
ReplyDeleteI liked that too, Pat!
DeleteI love Halloween. Its my favorite. I have 13 tubs of decorations and will have a huge party next weekend. Cant wait!! I love everything about it. I prefer more of the darker and scarier than the cutesy .
ReplyDelete> >... I prefer more of the darker and scarier than the cutesy .
DeleteWell, Holli, we want photos of the celebration posted!
My mom and I were just talking about Halloween decorating last night. On our drive home from choir practice, we noticed a house in our neighborhood had decorated. It was the ONLY one though. People who love Halloween really love it. I think everyone else is just too tired. I know we're too tired.
ReplyDeleteI do have a recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip muffins that is the bomb. I only make them this time of year. So, I guess I should get busy!
Robin, be sure and share the recipe!
DeleteSuch creative ways to carve pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteThey also have the 'Zombie' pumpkins. You let them rot on your porch or steps!
DeleteExcellent post Dixie, well done.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
Yvonne.
Thanks, Yvonne. Phil is playing with this blog for a while. (smile).
DeleteWhere is Dixie?
ReplyDeleteDixie has been in a 'Fibro Fog' for two months now. Muddled thinking causes problems. Phil has stepped in to help out.
DeleteHow adorable! I'm sitting here wondering how they made the pumpkin's tongue and how they got all the dogs to sit like that at the same time. Great post! Thanks, Phil. My best to Dixie. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lexa. I wondered about the dogs too :)
Delete"Let's do pumpkins"?
ReplyDeleteSounds like SOMEone has a gourd fetish.
;-)
