A rabbit tale

I'm just a little rabbit
who doesn't like the habit
of sending Easter baskets
I want one of my own!

The eggs do not appeal
chocolate makes me ill
I'd rather get my fill
of carrots that are grown!

"Thanks, Mom."

  1. You made me smile again! How cute is that - I've a wonderful 19 month old grandson and his favourite veg is carrots - maybe it's the colour.

Have linked to you on my blog.

  2. Hi Dixie. I wander what it's like living in your 'Alice-in Wonderland' world? You must be a one-of-a-kind Blogger! (But I like it).

  3. Hey Dixie,

  4. Hi Mike. I love to juice a few carrots to make as ice cubes. When they're ready I add them to liquid carrot juice and it doesn't water down the flavour. Also, the carrot cubes make a great 'cold serving bed' for shrimp!

Glad you enjoyed this rabbit tale. Thank you for linking me in!!

  5. Hi bazza. I asked Alice and she said, "Feed your head." (Please wait while I process...) What's good for my head? Carrots, and thus I wrote the post.(smile)

Now I'm off... "To Discover Ice."
    Thank you!!

  6. Hey Gary. I'm glad you're a happy bunny :)

Here's a game with carrots, for you. Cut little slices, divide into two piles. You and a challenger face each other from across the kitchen table.

Just like playing "Tiddly winks" try to catch more carrot slices in your mouth than your opponent can.

Good hearing from you! Warm wishes appreciated. :)

  8. Hi Cheerful Monk. Smiles are welcomed and appreciated! Smiles make my day, and so does your blog! Grateful for your visit.

Not to worry about double comment posting. I get Fibro-fogs, and some days... I need to read something twice!!! :)
