K is for Knobs
Do you live like 'tool-man' slobs Or replace those faulty knobs? These channel-lock their way Into another day. How about...
I have changed some knobs to handles, but it means filling the old holes with wood putty, painting, and then drilling new holes. It's a lot of work unless it suits your need to change it.
I love seeing the themes for A to Z - this one is fun! Love the colors and textures. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and following. It's great to meet you! :)
Ooh....I like the colorful knob collection. Get the Tool Man Slob to fix the shower if that's yours :) I remember a kitchen sink like that once....No fun at all!
Make shift knobs are horrible to work with. I love the vivid colors, odd shapes, and variety available in knobs, but would I dare use non-traditional knobs in my house? Probably not.
I like some of those new knobs, very colorful for sure!

DeleteVery good subject for the letter "K" Dixie.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Yvonne.
DeleteThat first picture is what my bathroom looked like when I had my own flat. Not even exagerrating much...
ReplyDeleteChannel-lock bay, eh?
DeleteSome wild looking knobs.
ReplyDeleteActually, we replaced a lot of our knobs with handles. Much easier.
I'm making plans since I got a new drill!!
Deletethose in the second photo are lovely
ReplyDeleteDezz, they're glass; probably from Poland or that area.
DeleteCould never live that way. Rather spend out and get it fixed at my bay
ReplyDeleteMe too, Pat
DeleteCan't live with that :)
That is one gross bathroom. I love looking at drawer knobs for sale at places like Hobby Lobby.
ReplyDelete~Visiting from AtoZ
Hobby Lobby? I only allow myself to go there very other month.
DeleteThank you for visiting Wendy!
I agree with Alex, handles are much easier but we have knobs on our doors.

DeleteWe are working on setting up the cave space for my man in our new house.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds great. You also have that terrific looking tree house!
DeleteSuch a colourful alternative. Would cheer things up nicely.
ReplyDeleteReally simple things can have a big impact.
DeleteThose sure are rusty! I like looking at all of the different kind of knobs. They sure get creative.
ReplyDeleteYou can also paint your own knobs and return them to the cabinet doors or the chest of drawers.
DeleteThose are some interesting types of knobs. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tyrean!
DeleteI wouldn't mind having pool ball knobs in the shower!
ReplyDeleteYou go, Bazza!
DeleteI think they'd be great to use in the basement for the man cave scenario.
