We have about 3 nail guns here, or did at one time, probably only one now (lots of staplers t hough). No, never shot myself with a nail gun.betty
I like staplers too and they're easy on the hands and arms. I've never shot myself, but a friend shot and it hit right between two toes. Great pair of boots too.
I don't have a nail gun Dixie, but have fun with yours.Yvonne.
It has come in handy with boards I'm installing. Took me a lot of nerve to try it. Younger brother is always helpful to give lessons, though.
I can't stand guns
I certainly understand.
No I haven't, but do remember a teacher, her first day in my school, who stapled her hand to a board poor soul. Thanks so much for your kind support, Dixie
Oh, Carole Anne, that hurts just reading about it.Thank you for your support. I love your stories!
When I moved, I badly wanted a nail gun. ;)
Chrys, it's never too late. I can think of a 100 reasons to own one. It makes building flower boxes so much faster!
Never had a nail gun. Shooting them may be fun. I've had a nail go through my shoe a time or two.
Hope you still have ten toes!!
I used to work for a company that made them. Many years ago. We had to wear safety glasses and boots when we tried them out.
Yes, I do that when I use mine. If I'm outside I have a shaded part of safety glasses.
We have one, but I've only used it once. My hubs is the power tool guy and he has taught our daughters how to use nail guns and other gadgets, but I generally don't. I always think I should learn, but then I am the person most likely to shoot myself in the boot. :)
LOL. No Tyrean!!
A gun for fingernails or toenails? Yes, you can blink and realise that I actually made one of my visitations.Happy alphabetting! Gary :)
I'm using this one for walls and such.A-Z is really amazing. Thanks for visiting, Gary!
My hubby owns a nail gun, but I would never try to use it, as I might shoot my foot!
You do have be aware of life around you when engaged!
Are we at "Z" yet????hahaha! You are doing a great job Dixie...Not sure I could handle the stress....Cheers!Linda :o)
I think we're halfway home! In fact I need to load in next week's post tonight!! You've been so patient, Linda!!
Those tools are so handy. Just have to be sure where you point and shoot. Here's to heading into the home stretch. AtoZChallenge Team Member C. Lee McKenzie
Very true words! You know it, Lee! Glad you could visit!
I don't use them-but my sweetie sure does.....he's a handy guy!
All it takes is one person and one nail gun - project done!
We do not own a nail gun and if we did I think I would stay clear of it. Those things scare me!
Mine is not as powerful as most, but you do have to be careful; follow safety protocol.
My husband has two nail guns. They bring a smile to his face every time he uses them. I have had much better success getting him to fix things since he has owned them as he says, "Oh! I could use my nailer!!" :)
Thank you for visiting me. Want to add your thoughts?
