  1. What a joyful, informative and nicely-balanced post! Although I am a non-practising, non-believing member of my religion I am very interested in all religions.
I even did a module in my degree called 'Culture & Belief in Europe 1450 to 1600'!

  2. Hey Dixie,
I'm quite familiar with those Jewish related ones you note and the Hindu Ganesh deity. Some dear Jewish friends of mine in Vancouver have a daughter who married a Hindu gentleman. I have seen the amazing photos of the wedding.
In peace and good wishes for the weekend, Gary and yes indeed, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet star! :)

  3. Thank you, Bazza. It is interesting to me as well, being the historical/archaeological "buff" that I am. '1450-1600'? Good times, Bazza!

I'm glad the formatting added to the post. November-December will appear soon.

Non-practicing, non-believing, regarding religion is no problem, to me. Now days I observe one's capacity to love and be loved. If it takes religion to instill that in a person, then there might be a problem. (Thanks for allowing me to run on a bit.) Have a great week!

  4. Hi Gary and Miss Penny!(arf-a-larf)

Please consider doing a post of the wedding... of course with their permission. I think it would be really great to see. Love creates great pairing.

Aw, thanks for the weekend wishes. Take care.
