G is for Gutters

Oh that gutter ~
Makes me stutter.
D-d-dang leaves.
Too many trees!

  1. I could never get our gutters to work at our old house. The leaves would back up and we'd have a lovely waterfall over our front door. Now I live in CA and we don't worry about rain too much :)

  6. I'm not sure we have gutters here; I'm sure we do, but wonder what will collect in them. I'll have to take a look when I go out walking in a little bit.

    1. Might as well get a large plastic tarp to pitch them down to... then bag them.

  15. Cleaning the gutters is hardwork. Something I can do without. Maybe now that most of the trees near our home are gone this job won't be such a nightmare.

    1. Oh Cathy, I know. I lost a big tree two years ago and no more leaves from that,
