    1. How about an autograph from the cat, and we call it a done deal... if you will?

  3. Classic love songs like this bring warm-gushy, nostalgic feelings. Today's love songs do not.
    That photo is spectacular, DC.
Hope you're having a great weekend.

    1. My Mom's friends all had teen daughters; I was 'the kid,' at the time. My love of Motown started with those three girls. The photo is from my days at Zimbio, where I wrote articles for three magazines. No more politics for me.

I'm relaxed - that sun did wonders for me. Hope you've enjoyed this weekend too. Loved your poem.(wink-wink).

  6. Bah, humbug! I haven't liked Valentine's Day since I was in elementary school and we'd have a party.

  7. I love that heart-shaped leaf!

I'm not a big Valentine's person. Maybe that'll change some year.

    1. Thank you, Chrys.

Valentine's Day is not usually on my radar, but this year I'm doing some volunteer work involving children who will be. I'll be up and gone before you can say "Butterfinger!"
