  1. I'd rather take a box filled with sunshine and warmth, thank you very much :)

    1. I know, Dezmond. I often think it's the lessons I learn that bring more light into my life. Or people who have no light to share, that remind me that I'd rather not go there.

My Mom would say: "Kill them kindness," though that was a metaphor. So why not put something sunshiny and warm in the box and return it to them? Maybe that's what they need - and it's not about me.

Thank you, and "You're welcome very much :)"

    1. Hi Jo. You too? Makes sense to me.

I read about Matt, and wow(!), you guys have me worried about today's bowling competition. I really hope the two of you are well soon. Like you said though, 'if not you can socialize.' That's wonderful too!

  3. Not a bad song but the grammar is a little off. I believe what you meant is "The Way I Are."

    1. Hey, you two! Wow!
      I'd like a box to go(smile).

How did you get that link to work in the comment box?

    2. Hey Dixie! I'm a wizard. No, actually, there's some cool codes that let you create links, even ones that let you make a link like this so you can still type out words that direct to a link. There's even bold, italic, etc... but there's one problem. I can't post the codes on here. If I did that, Blogger would just USE them and hide them. So drop me an e-mail at bryan at abeerfortheshower dot com (don't want spam bots devouring me) and I'll teach you those codes. They're all very simple and it's easy to learn.

  5. I've posted that graphic on my blog before... only people who've been given a box full of darkness will really get that one. Yes, it is a gift. It takes a long time to see it for that, though. At least at was a long time for me.

    1. Hi Robin. Did you also post a blog/article? I'd loved to read it. As she wrote:

"...only people who've been given a box full of darkness will really get that one. Yes, it is a gift."

It is so true. I'm grateful to know someone fully gets it! Thank YOU!!

    1. Dark boxes become light.

      Empty boxes become filled.

Or maybe we don't open the box to see what is inside.

Or, maybe, maybe, we put something in it and then return it to the sender. But will we know what they need?
